I am a trauma-informed recovery specialist, certified health coach, and breathwork facilitator with seven years of experience supporting individuals through deep personal transformation.
My work is grounded in a holistic, heart-centered approach that integrates emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
I create safe, intentional spaces where people can explore themselves honestly, reconnect with their inner truth, and experience meaningful, lasting change.
